Mr. Pol participated in a study on the use of IT in European Food Retailing. This was the third study conducted by the Nolan Norton Institute in collaboration with CIES, the international Food Business Forum. “Successful outsourcing of IT in the Netherlands” – Utrecht, Netherlands: Ten Hage Stam, 1998. Mr. Pol was co-author of the successful book on the study in to the success factors in outsourcing of IT.
